Rental Terms Listed below 1. Parties may not be more than 3 hours in length. 2. All guests of the party are expected to adhere to DSRC rules. 3. All guests under the age of 16 will be required to take a swim test in order to swim in the well or go off the diving board/slide. 4. Parties will take place in the camp/party gazebo near the front entrance. There are 3 picnic tables and DSRC can provide additional folding tables as needed. 4. I agree that my party may not have more than 25 attendees, this includes members and guests 5. All non-swimmers will stay in water they can stand in and will be closely monitored by an adult 6. I agree to completely clean up the party area and dispose of all trash before we leave. All parties should 'check out' with the manager on duty at the end of the party to be sure the area is clean. 7. I agree to be responsible for all actions of my guests. 8. This request requires approval from the GM and is not finalized until payment is provided. 9. Once the GM approves your request, you are required to pay in full via the link sent by the GM. This fees covers all guests at your party, staff and use of the DSRC tables, ice buckets, refrigerator, etc.Order Token
