Gazebo Rental Information

Thank you for your interest in renting the gazebo for your small event. Please read all of the info below carefully, before you fill out the form, so that you fully understand the process. If you have any questions please email Dave at gm@dsrclub.com.

Process for reserving a party:

1. Please view the DSRC calendar by clicking here and choose a day and time that does not have another private event listed or a club sponsored event.
2. Fill out the below form to request a date and time
3. Your party will either be approved or denied based on the date and time you choose. If you choose a date and time that does not overlap other events it should be approved.
4. Approval: you will receive an email with request for payment, once you make payment the party is booked.
5. Denial: If denied GM, Dave Hardy, will email you with the reason for the denial and another date can be chosen.

DSRC only hosts one event per day and the event may not overlap with a swim team, social or racquet sport event. 

We do not allow parties on holiday weekends or after school is back in session at the end of the season.

Rental Terms:

1. Parties may not be more than 3 hours in length.
2. I agree that my party may not have more than 25 attendees, this includes members and guests
3. All guests of the party are expected to adhere to DSRC rules.
4. All guests under the age of 16 will be required to take a swim test in order to swim in the well or go off the diving board/slide.
5. Parties will take place in the camp/party gazebo near the front entrance. There are 3 picnic tables and DSRC can provide additional folding tables as needed.
6. The cost of the party is $100, this includes all guests.
7. All non-swimmers will stay in water they can stand in and will be closely monitored by an adult
8. Party host must completely clean up the party area and dispose of all trash before we leave.
9. All parties should ‘check out’ with the manager on duty at the end of the party to be sure the area is clean.
10. Party host is to be responsible for all actions of their guests.
11. This request requires approval from the GM and is not finalized until payment is provided.
12. Once the GM approves your request, you are required to pay in full via the link sent by the GM. This fees covers all guests at your party, staff and use of the DSRC tables, ice buckets, refrigerator, etc.
